Delivery & Pickup Policy

Self-Pickup (Preferred): 

Customers are encouraged to pick up and return the dress themselves from our designated location.

Shipping Availability: 

For customers unable to visit in person, shipping is available via DMC Cargo & DHL. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery Timelines: 

While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services.

Reservation Policy: 

Dresses will only be reserved once full payment is received and a confirmation receipt is issued.

Pickup & Return Responsibility: 

Customers are responsible for both the pickup and return of the dress within the agreed timeframe.

Dress Inspection: 

Customers must inspect the dress thoroughly at the time of pickup to ensure its condition meets their expectations.

Security Deposit Refund:

The security deposit will be refunded upon the safe and timely return of the dress.
